DESCRIPTION:Focus Area:\nJose  Mourinho & Brendan Rogers call it ‘Periodisation’…the FA refer to it as the ‘3 phases of play’. \nSimply put\, Attacking\, Defending and Transition are considered specific and discreet parts of play. Coaches will refer to ‘this is how we defend’\, this is how we attack’\, ‘this is how we transition’. \nDuring L2 we spent a full day with a Brighton Coach working through each of these states of play\, starting with defending. We’ve applied to concept to our Tigers. \nPlease let me know if you can attend. Mayford coaches will actively participate. It’s the best way of learning. It’s not physically demanding\, but it could be tactically enlightening. We start with defending. \nShare
