DESCRIPTION:MAFC Quiz Night Booking Form Oct 2018 \nIt’s back! Get your team together and come along to our annual quiz night. \nDate: Friday 23rd November 2018\nTime: 7:30pm – First Question at 8:00pm\nPlace: Mayford Athletic FC Clubhouse \nThere’s a small change to the usual format of the evening – the price of an individual ticket will be £5. \nWe will not be providing food so you are welcome to bring your own snacks / cheeseboards / pizza etc. etc. This will help with the organisation of the event and is an idea that has been tried and tested by other local Quiz Night hosts and has worked well. It will allow more time to enjoy the quiz!\nThere will of course be a bar selling wine\, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. This event is a fundraiser for the club and as such we ask that you do not bring beverages with you. \nYou can register as an individual or as a team (max 8 per team) – we will combine individual and small team entries as required. Places are limited at this event so please return this form (along with payment) to Petra\, via the kitchen in the Clubhouse or pay online via Eventbrite – https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/mafc-quiz-night-tickets-51100788835.
